Set-up & dismantling
General set-up times

Early set-up must be booked well in advance via the Webshop. Additional charges apply and approval by the technical department is required.
Set-up and styling must be completed by 4:00 p.m. on 9 June 2026.
Dismantling times
| 12 June 2026 | 6:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. – Supplier Hall A only: soft dismantling (hand transport, small boxes). Car/van entry up to 6 m, deposit required. |
| 14 June 2026 | 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. – Van entry max. 6 m from 7:30 p.m. |
| 15 – 18 June 2026 | 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. – Truck entry from 11:00 a.m. |
| 18 June 2026 | 6:00 p.m. – Deadline for dismantling chalet structures |
Dismantling before the scheduled times is not permitted and may result in a fine.
Set-up & dismantling – Static Display Area
There will be no separate schedule for the Static Display Area. Set-up and dismantling, as well as aircraft positioning, are arranged on a case-by-case basis depending on location, stand size, structure type and exhibits.
Set-up and styling must be completed by 4:00 p.m. on 9 June 2026. Dismantling may begin no earlier than 6:00 p.m. on 14 June 2026.
Set-up & dismantling – Defence Park
Special set-up and dismantling rules apply for the Defence Park. Set-up on the main road (between Hall D and the Defence Park) is permitted only one day before the show begins. Dismantling may start no earlier than 14 June 2026 and must be completed by midnight.
