From the assembly and dismantling of your stand, to scheduling and personnel planning, all the way to on-site events: The conceptual design, realization and coordination of a convincing trade show presence is a complex task.
To simplify your planning and preparations, we've put together a Service Manual for ILA Berlin 2024 containing all the necessary information. Stand Construction and Dismantling
Set up:
28 May – 3 June 2024, 07:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
4 June 2024, 07:00 a.m – 16:00 p.m.
Dismantling:
10 – 13 June 2024, 07:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Static Display Area
The times for the set up and dismantling of the mobile structures and for the positioning of the aircraft in the Static Display Area are subject to separate planning, which takes into account a technically necessary positioning sequence. Until then, the above-mentioned times apply in principle. Notwithstanding this, construction and design must be completed by 6 p.m. on June 04, 2024. Dismantling can begin at 5 p.m. on June 09, 2024 at the earliest.

Important Platforms for Your Exhibition Planning
WEBSHOP
The ILA Berlin WEBSHOP serves as the official booking platform for all the services and facilities required for your company's participation. This includes a wide range of offerings, ranging from floral decorations to VAT refunds, water installations, and parking permits. To place an order in the WEBSHOP, you'll need to provide your confirmed stand number, which can be found on both the order confirmation and the deposit invoice. Please be aware that creating an account is mandatory to proceed with bookings.
EXHIBITOR ZONE
The Exhibitor Zone serves as a central platform for active participation in ILA Berlin 2024. Use this platform to effortlessly submit your stand application, register co-exhibitors and manage your placement offers. In addition, the Exhibitor Zone provides a comprehensive document database accessible to all exhibitors.
ILA DIGITAL
Through our online platform ILA Digital, we offer participants a comprehensive digital service. From exhibitor and product details to the ILA STAGES conference program and interactive hall plans, ILA Digital ensures you're fully prepared for your participation in ILA Berlin. Additionally, exhibitors and trade visitors can proactively select potential business partners and make contact in advance.
As an exhibitor, you can maximize the impact of your media package to enhance the visibility of your presence at the trade fair. The extent of your digital presence is determined by the media package, which is included in your stand registration. The digital presence includes the exhibitor list on the ILA website, the online platform ILA Digital and the ILA app. More details on ILA Digital can be found here.
ILA CONNECT & MEET
The B2B matchmaking program ILA Connect & Meet brings together exhibitors and trade visitors from various European countries and worldwide during the trade fair from June 5 to 7. Through ILA Connect & Meet, we provide a unique opportunity, in partnership with EEN, to create new business contacts, partnerships, and contracts. B2B Meetings can be arranged either in Hall 6 at the matchmaking area ILA Connect & Meet - Networking Hub or at your stand. Further information on ILA Connect & Meet can be found here.
TRAFFIC GUIDE & LOADING ZONE
You can find information about the various entry and deposit regulations during the setup, dismantling phases, and the duration of the trade show in our Traffic Guide. Please note that the entry during set-up and dismantling is only possible with prior booking of a time slot and a loading zone. Bookings can be made from April 23, 2024, via our booking portal VisiFair. You will receive more detailed information on access after booking the loading zone. Event code for registration: B8TFn.
