PROCESS
1. Register on our exhibitor platform, EXHIBITOR ZONE. We will guide you step by step through the registration process.
2. Upon receiving your booth registration, we will provide you with a confirmation and access to our EXHIBITOR ZONE. This platform serves as the central hub for your participation in ILA Berlin. There, you will find all the latest information, services, links, contacts, guidelines, and documents. Therefore, please check the EXHIBITOR ZONE regularly.
3. After successfully completing the online registration, our team will provide you with a stand placement proposal. This proposal includes a detailed breakdown of all costs, a section of the hall plan, and information regarding the stand location. Within a specified timeframe, you will have the opportunity to either accept this placement proposal or request an alternative booth location. Upon acceptance of the booth placement proposal, a binding contract is established for both parties.
4. An invoice will be issued to you only after the final placement process is completed.
