Aerospace as a profession and passion: on the weekend of 7 to 9 June ILA Berlin offers interested visitors access to an industry which in Europe is virtually unique in standing for innovation, new technology and sustainability. This is the first time the TALENT HUB is taking place, which brings talented people of all ages and backgrounds together with employers. Information for visitors can be found here.
The Talent Hub features over 40 exhibitors from every part of the industry, from SMEs to multinationals, who will be inviting interested visitors to meet and get to know each other – often the first step to signing a new employment contract. The event targets a wide audience, including students of all ages, young professionals, people from other industries and aerospace fans.
The Talent Hub opens on Talent Day (Friday, 7 June) at 11 a.m. The same day, Talent Tours for over 600 students of all ages will be taking place with an opportunity to meet exhibitors’ HR staff.
Also kicking off will be the program of stage events with a wide range of information and entertainment until the close of the fair on Sunday. Highlights will include a meet & greet with Eurofighter pilot and ESA astronaut Nicola Winter, Talent Slams, where students will present their theses and research projects, and appearances by various aerospace industry professionals who will provide insights into their career paths and day-to-day work. Visitors can also take part in interactive workshops in order to find out more about Lufthansa’s aviation technology for example. Program details can be found here.
With the Talent Hub, ILA Berlin can lay claim to being this year’s largest and most wide-ranging aerospace exhibition in the EU. It displays fascinating innovations from all parts of the industry, features an impressive program of flying displays and an extensive static display. ILA 2024 is also where new ideas and advances in aerospace come to fruition: the four STAGES are where forward-looking topics are discussed and ideas are forged, while the Talent Hub is the meeting place of tomorrow’s skills and minds.
ILA Berlin is open to trade visitors from 5 to 7 June and to the general public on the weekend of 8 and 9 June from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tickets are available online only at: https://www.ila-berlin.de/de/tickets
